It requires undertaking administrative procedures across the various business functions of the hotel and Conference Centre, coordinating multiple tasks, effective prioritisation, and time management, whilst demonstrating confidentiality in dealing with business affairs. The role will focus on the following key areas: Conference And Event Sales: Work with the Sales Manager and Commercial manager to respond to and coordinate restaurant, group accommodation, meeting, and event enquiries. Event Planning and Front of House: Work with the operations manager to maintain the administration of the property management system to the agreed standard; co-ordinate conference, meeting, and event administration details, respond to general customer queries and always provide a high standard of customer service. Head of Conference Aston Undertake general office administration duties, supporting with diary planning and maintaining document management procedures. Finance: Work with the Hotel finance controller to assist with the administration and finance duties as required. Building Services: Work with the building Services manager to support the administration of the venue health and safety documentation and record keeping The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE Level in English and Mathematics, have a customer focused approach and be comfortable dealing with a wide range of people, self-motivated, proactive honest trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will also have the ability to prioritise work effectively and work to deadlines and be able to work flexibly and productively both independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
