What you’ll be doing each day: Supporting pupils with PMLD on a 1:1 or small group basis Assisting with sensory-based learning activities and communication development Supporting students with personal care and mobility needs Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised learning Helping pupils engage in life skills, sensory play, and structured classroom routines Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment What experience we’re looking for: Strong experience working with children or young people with PMLD Previous experience in a special school or specialist provision Confidence supporting complex needs, sensory needs, and communication difficulties Experience with manual handling and personal care A patient, calm and caring approach Why join Protocol Education?
