We're looking to recruit a Vetting & Compliance Consultant to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Aviation Service Delivery Team! The Aviation Service Delivery Team work across the full staffing journey, from the start of a candidate’s recruitment process through to engaging with clients and candidates, managing staffing requirements and ensuring seamless workforce deployment. This role is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working either Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday on a rota basis. Shifts times are 08:30–17:30 and 10:00–19:00. This is a fixed term contract until November 2026. What is a Vetting & Compliance Consultant? As a Vetting & Compliance Consultant, you’ll support with the processing of a high volume of applications, specifically focused on completing vetting and compliance procedures in-line with client requirements. You'll be: Checking ID and ETW documents against client requirements Managing recruitment and screening processes Handling vetting queries from candidates and recruitment teams Providing an excellent standard of customer service Creating ID badges for new starters Handling administrative tasks including the upkeep and accuracy of databases What are we looking for? The Vetting & Compliance Consultant position is a process-driven role, therefore it is best suited to individuals with experience in process-driven, target based, and detail-oriented environments.
