Opportunities in the team
* Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contract recruitment contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients. This can be office based or remote. If you are Management level and want to build a team they would also look at this!
* Delivery Recruitment Consultant (office based) working to support existing clients in UK and internationally on Blue and White Collar requirements.
Selling Points
* £30K to £50K Basic Salary (there are several roles at various levels, salary will reflect experience, success and billing targets in new role) More for management levels please ask.
* The successful Recruitment Consultant or Delivery consultant will work for a leader who bills more than £800K a year - very strong market with lots of work to go after
* Simple, high reward commission scheme at 20% for senior consultants.
* No Threshold!
* Guarantees up to 1 year available for high billers - especially if coming from a Perm background

Requirements
* Experienced renewable energy or built environment recruiters are most likely to succeed at interview but they will keep an open mind on experience in terms of sectors.

* Want to grow within a business. If you are wanting a delivery role you must want to progress to 360 at some point in the future and be very commercial seeing opportunities and leads as you go along.
* You will need at least 1 year recruitment experience
