Overview: The Technical Manager is responsible for maintaining, developing and implementing food safety, authenticity, legality and product quality. They are responsible for developing the food safety quality management system, monitoring and reporting on the performance of quality management system. The Technical Manager will develop, maintain and adhere to BRCGS, Customer Requirements (including retailer Codes of Practice) and other relevant standards to ensure both legal and customer requirements.
