Cafe Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen. We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager, Supervisor and Assistance at St. JOHN!
You will be an ambassador of the St. JOHN ethos.
We are looking for passionate Front of House Managers and waiters of all levels to bolster our existing teams.
Our new St. JOHN will have 22 covers with a focus on bakery and retail along with a selection of wines, we will be running a large number of internal & external events, the site will operate 7 days a week from 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday
We would love to hear from seasoned professionals with terrific wine knowledge as well as more junior level experience looking to step up and grow! We are keen to meet diverse talent to slot in amongst the movements of our current teams between all sites.
We are looking for people / Cafe Manager who:
Arefamiliar with the St. JOHN philosophy and Fergus' ethos of nose to tail eating;
Thrive in and love running abusy service, multi-tasking with a level head;
Lookto exceedguest expectations, whatever the weather;
Have a natural ability to motivate staff through the sharing of experience andknowledge;
Arekind!
Havebeen working in similar roles and / or in a similar calibre of restaurant for at least two years.
