In this role, you'll process applications, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and Power BI. Working with colleagues across departments, you'll assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and contribute to activities like assessment centres-sharing feedback to help improve recruitment processes. This fast-paced, high-volume role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. You'll need strong Excel skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency-taking ownership of your work and actively developing your skills within a supportive team.
