Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the allocation and distribution of all staff uniform
• Ensuring uniform is available for new starters on their first day
• Liaise with HR and Heads of Department to ensure the correct sizes and type of uniform are available before uniform is distributed
• Monitor uniform stock level and condition
• Work with the Finance team to ensure uniform budget is not exceeded
• Collect uniform returned from staff leavers
• Communicate with suppliers
• Order new uniform
• Ensuring that all uniforms are logged before sending them to dry cleaning, drop off and collect
