Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for customer service and global collaboration? Join our Aftermarket Customer Excellence Team and help us deliver outstanding sales support to customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email, phone, Teams, and business systems.
Processing and expediting customer orders.
Generating quotations and issuing order acknowledgements.
Coordinating picklists and supporting shipping (domestic & international).
Preparing invoices and documentation.
Liaising with purchasing on deliveries.
Supporting Matcon licensee companies.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
What You'll Bring
Previous administrative experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
