Site Administrator - Bristol City Centre
MadiganGill are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Administrator to join a large construction project based in Bristol City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project, starting in early July, with an expected duration of 18 months.
Pay Rate
£17.00 - £19.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
* Managing site schedules, records, and documentation
* Coordinating with site teams, contractors, and departments
* Handling compliance procedures and reporting
* Maintaining filing systems and databases
* Preparing reports, invoices, and procurement requests
Job Details
* 18-month contract
* Full-time hours
* Monday to Friday
* Working hours: 07:30 - 16:00
* Site-based role
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within construction
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
