This role will commence March 9th, 2026 What This Role Is Here To Do (Role Purpose) As a Sales & Events Executive for Poolhouse London, you play a key role in delivering pre-booked revenue and supporting the seamless delivery of events within a brand-new, fast-paced hospitality business. Working closely with the Sales & Events Team, Operations, and Marketing teams, you will proactively manage enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and ensure every guest experience reflects the energy, precision, and premium standards of the Poolhouse brand. This is a hands-on, high-energy role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences from first enquiry through to event completion. What Success Looks Like · Sales enquiries are responded to promptly, professionally, and converted effectively into confirmed bookings · Monthly and weekly sales targets are consistently supported and achieved · Event details are accurately captured, communicated, and handed over to site teams · Guests receive a seamless, well-organised experience and provide positive feedback · CRM systems and booking tools are kept up to date and reliable · You demonstrate initiative, spotting opportunities to improve processes, packages, and guest journeys Our Way of Working This role is delivered with pace, positivity, and accountability – aligned to our Poolhouse values: Experience Obsessed | Take Care | Seek Excellence | Integrity | Sports Team Mentality Skills, Knowledge and Expertise · 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality sales, events coordination, or a guest-facing commercial role · Strong interest in events, guest experience, and commercial performance · Confident communicator with a warm, professional, and persuasive style · Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment where priorities can evolve · Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly · Competent with CRM systems, booking tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace · Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings or weekends when required for events Benefits · Support the end-to-end sales process for group bookings, private hires, and corporate events · Handle inbound enquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms, ensuring timely follow-up · Proactively generate new leads through outreach, partnerships, and local networking · Prepare quotes, proposals, and event information in line with Poolhouse brand standards · Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure accurate event briefs and smooth delivery · Assist with site visits, client show rounds, and pre-event planning meetings · Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate booking, client, and revenue data · Support weekly sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking · Assist with post-event follow-up, feedback collection, and repeat booking opportunities · Act as a brand ambassador for Poolhouse in all client and guest interactions Benefits Code Hospitality subscription Perks and Discounts platform Health Care plan Birthdays off Free Health Assured EAP membership (counselling, life coaching, legal and financial support) Salary Sacrifice Scheme
