We are delighted to be partnering with a reputable and long-established law firm in North Down as they seek to appoint a Partner-level Solicitor to lead their successful Conveyancing Department.
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced property solicitor ready to take the next step in their career - bringing their expertise in residential and/or commercial conveyancing to a progressive and highly respected practice. You'll be joining at a senior leadership level, with a real opportunity to shape the future of the conveyancing team, contribute to strategic decisions, and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.
The Opportunity:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing conveyancing team.
* Take ownership of a well-established client base, while identifying and attracting new business.
* Drive forward the strategic vision of the department and wider firm.
* Be a key figure in client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing expert advice on complex property transactions (residential and/or commercial).
* Leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
* Managing departmental performance and budgets, ensuring continued growth and profitability.
* Playing a key role in business development, marketing, and client retention strategies.
* Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory obligations, including Law Society standards.
* Championing innovation and best practice within the department.
What We're Looking For:
* A Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, ideally at Partner or Senior Associate level.
* Significant experience in handling property matters - residential, commercial, or both.
* Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative, people-first approach.
* Proven ability to grow and manage client relationships at a senior level.
* Solid understanding of conveyancing regulations and risk management.
* A proactive, commercially-minded professional who thrives in a client-facing role.
