Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant, High Wycombe
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with profound and complex needs
* Assist with personal care where required
* Support communication using tools such as PECS, Makaton, or visual aids
* Help implement individual education and care plans (EHCPs)
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant, High Wycombe
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
* Understanding of profound and complex needs (e.g. PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities)
* Patient, caring, and empathetic nature
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Reliable, proactive, and adaptable approach
