What You Will DoPlan, prepare and develop effective schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching and learning resources including the development of on-line learning resources.Deliver inspiring sessions across the curriculum using a wide range of teaching methods to engage and develop learnersCreate effective assessment activities, provide developmental and timely feedback to motivate and inspire learners to improve Work as part of a team to ensure that all quality assurance processes are met.Actively participate in Continual Professional Development and industrial placements.Develop and strengthen relationships with students and provide support and encouragement to ensure successful outcomes.Provide industry related content and link with local employers to provide a curriculum that reflects the local skills needJoin a friendly, supportive, hard-working team who are passionate about developing learners self-esteem, abilities and progress. About YouHave experience or a willingness to teach creative & digital practice, with a willingness to work collaboratively with others.Be qualified to degree level in the related subject.Hold or be working towards a recognised teaching qualification.
