About the Role:
As a Teacher, you will deliver structured lessons, enforce clear routines, and use a confident, no-nonsense teaching style to keep pupils focused, disciplined, and progressing. You'll drive learning through direct instruction, firm expectations, and practical strategies that build independence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities as Teacher:
Structured Teaching: Deliver planned lessons, adapted resources, and targeted interventions.
Classroom Leadership: Maintain clear routines, apply behaviour frameworks, and ensure consistent task completion.
Behaviour Regulation: Use firm, steady strategies to strengthen self-control, focus, and discipline.
Performance Tracking: Monitor academic and behavioural progress and provide clear updates to senior staff.
Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with support staff, leaders, and external services to uphold aligned standards.To succeed as a Teacher, you will need:
Experience in teaching, SEN, SEMH, or structured learning environments.
A controlled, organised approach with strong presence and direct communication.
Confidence leading classes and managing behaviour with clarity and authority.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly and logically under pressure.
