Offer description

At TLC Lions, we’re on a mission to humanise the working world. We deliver impactful Power Talks, Experiential Workshops, Executive Coaching and tailored Learning Programmes that help leaders and employees thrive. We proudly partner with some of the world’s most recognised organisations, including PwC, Google and Rolls‑Royce, across our three pillars of impact: People & Performance, Culture & Change, and Storytelling.

Role Description

As an Advisory Manager, you’ll work closely with our Advisory Director, global clients and internal teams to co‑create and oversee end‑to‑end learning journeys that drive real behaviour change. Including our signature Power Talks and Experiential Workshops – you’ll be at the heart of our impactful experiences, executing our solutions with precision and pace!

What does the role involve?

* Work closely with our Advisory Director to co‑design high‑impact learning programmes, including leadership development, management training and company‑wide learning initiatives.
* Deliver and facilitate workshops and learning experiences when required, bringing energy, clarity and empathy to the room.
* Leverage digital learning tools, assessments, and experiential learning techniques to design impactful learning experiences.
* Ensure learning solutions are engaging, commercially viable and aligned with TLC Lions’ mission to humanise workplaces.
* Have a future‑focused mindset, embedding the latest research, thinking and innovative methods into your design – we’re not your traditional 1990s L&D company – far from it.

2. Client Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

* Lead certain client projects such as our Power Talks and Experiential Workshops, translating client challenges into structured sessions that drive engagement and behaviour change.
* Work closely with our global network of Lions (speakers, trainers, coaches) to design and deliver powerful and impactful experiences, providing feedback where needed to ensure we always deliver to the highest standards.
* Assist in managing programme design timelines and project deliverables, ensuring high‑quality execution.
* Support the implementation of learning solutions, collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery.
* Identify opportunities to improve learning experiences, leveraging technology and innovation where possible.

3. Research & Insights

* Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development, workplace transformation and leadership skills.
* Leverage research and insights to create learning programmes that address real‑world challenges for our clients.
* Bring a data‑driven approach to learning design, ensuring programmes deliver measurable impact.
* Support the development of learning proposals, ensuring solutions are strategically designed and commercially strong.

What are we looking for?

* 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Design or Organisational Development. Experience designing and delivering corporate learning solutions for global organisations.
* Strong client management experience, with the ability to lead client relationships independently and represent our brand with confidence.
* Experience designing and/or facilitating learning programmes, ideally within large B2B organisations around organisational change.
* Experience in designing blended learning solutions, with a strong understanding of learning methodologies and focus on instructional design principles.
* Knowledgeable and curious, with a passion for workplace trends, employee development and the future of work.
* Gravitas, confidence, and adaptability – able to tailor your approach to different audiences and communicate effectively.
* Strong project management skills, with experience of overseeing learning journeys from start to finish.
* Solution‑driven, able to translate complex challenges into structured and engaging learning experiences.
* Adaptable and client‑focused, capable of working across different industries, geographies and tailoring learning solutions to diverse audiences.
* Strong research skills, using data, insights and market trends to inform learning design.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling learning content.
* Commercial awareness, ensuring learning solutions align with client objectives and business goals.
* A collaborative spirit – comfortable working across functions and with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
* Creative and innovative mindset, always looking for new ways to enhance learning experiences.
* Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment, ideally in a growing start‑up business or consultancy setting.
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Hybrid working with regular in‑person office days & socials
* Access to premium healthcare & dental insurance
* 3% matched pension contributions
* Coaching & Mentoring
