Join to apply for the Full time Activities Coordinator role at PrimeLife Ltd.
This role is based at River Meadows Care Home, in the heart of Kineton, Warwickshire. The home provides care for residents with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities and mental health conditions, including Dementia. Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.
Base pay range
Hourly rates of pay ranging from £13.07 to £13.37 per hour dependent upon qualification level

Responsibilities
* Planning daily activities that empower residents’ social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being
* Scheduling trips and excursions in line with residents’ interests and hobbies
* Providing friendship and companionship, and accompanying residents on social outings or appointments
* Organising and participating in fundraising
* Researching and arranging entertainment within the home, such as musicians and artists
* Maintaining accurate and timely written records and completing documentation
* Welcoming family members to the home and encouraging participation in daily activities with their loved ones
What we’re looking for
* A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents
* Prior experience of organising activities within a similar environment is advantageous
* Good time keeping and the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure activities are carried out routinely
* Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities
