Mobile SMART Repair Technician – Worcestershire
1. Salay: £30,000 basic + achievable bonus (OTE £40,000+)
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, No weekends
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile SMART Repair Technician to join a leading national SMART repair company covering the Worcestershire region. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and minor bodywork damage, ensuring a first-time fix ethos to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities as a Mobile Smart Repairer:
3. Carry out SMART repairs on vehicles at dealerships and retail customer locations.
4. Perform paintwork, re-spraying, prepping, and minor bodywork repairs.
5. Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, maintaining a strong customer focus.
6. Manage workload efficiently while working independently on the road.
7. Maintain the company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard.
What’s on Offer within this Mobile Smart Repairer role?
8. £30,000 starting basic salary.
9. Performance-based bonus – OTE upwards of £40,000 per annum.
10. Fully equipped state-of-the-art company van with fuel allowance.
11. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
12. Workplace pension scheme.
13. Monday to Friday work schedule – No weekends!
14. Uniform, mobile phone, and payment machine supplied.
15. Regular training at an IMI-certified training centre, with the opportunity to gain ATA accreditation in SMART repair.
Requirements as a Mobile Smart Repairer:
16. Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician (mobile or workshop-based) preferred.
17. Automotive accident repair experience with skills in paint spraying, prepping, and cosmetic repairs.
18. Strong customer service and communication skills.
19. Self-motivated and well-organised, able to work independently.
20. Full UK driving licence required.
