Job Details
* Job Title: KS4 Mathematics Teacher
* Location: Heath Farm College, Maidstone ME16 0ER
* Salary: £31,650 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience (not pro-rata)
* Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent, Term time only

About The Role
We are seeking a KS4 Mathematics Teacher responsible for delivering effective teaching to KS4 students, ensuring it meets statutory requirements and caters to individual needs, with the goal of achieving excellent outcomes. The successful candidate will lead the Mathematics curriculum for Year 10 and Year 11 and exemplify the college values of ‘Love, Commitment and Opportunity’ daily.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver schemes of work aligned with statutory and college policies
* Assess, record, and report on student progress
* Maintain up-to-date Student Learner Profiles for each student
* Support student arrival and departure
* Participate in break and lunchtime duties as scheduled
Requirements
* UK QTS or equivalent

Located in Maidstone, supporting up to 58 students, it provides tailored post-16 education for students with EHCPs not ready for larger FE colleges.
