What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead major engineering contracts within a vast, multidisciplinary programme. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of key project milestones. You’ll coordinate efforts across the Joint Design Office and on-site construction teams, working with engineers, designers, commercial experts, and project controls professionals. Your responsibilities include overseeing procurement and design, managing construction activities, and stakeholder relationships.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced project professional with a strong background in engineering or construction, ready for a leadership role that demands collaboration and strategic thinking. You have extensive experience managing complex projects in regulated sectors like nuclear, energy, or infrastructure. You are familiar with NEC or FIDIC contracts, hold a relevant degree (chartered status is a bonus), and are knowledgeable about CDM Regulations and project control tools such as Earned Value, CEMAR, and Teamcenter. An APM PMQ or equivalent qualification is preferred. You meet the criteria for Security Vetting, generally requiring UK residency for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
