Account Executive / Junior Account Manager – Medical Communications - HYBRID
We are collaborating with a highly regarded, independent medical communications agency that is continuing to grow due to new projects and long‑term client partnerships. As part of this growth, they are looking to expand their client services team with the addition of a Account Executive and a Junior Account Manager.

Role Overview:
You will support the delivery of scientific and medical communication projects across a diverse portfolio of clients, working on a wide variety of deliverables and gaining experience across different therapeutic areas and account types.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day‑to‑day management of client accounts
* Coordinate medical communications projects and timelines
* Assist with the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials
* Support medical affairs deliverables including symposia and educational materials
* Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships
* Maintain project documentation, status reports and internal updates
* Collaborate closely with internal scientific and account teams
Candidate Profile
For Account Executive
* Approximately 1 year of experience within a medical communications agency
For Junior Account Manager
* 18+ months of experience within a medical communications agency
For Both Roles
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Interest in medical communications and scientific content
* Confident working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
