The ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong relationships with students while being consistent and effective in behaviour management strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of disengaged students by working as part of the intervention team to ensure they meet the targets set by the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and mentor students who are disengaged or struggling with behaviour.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage positive behaviour.
* Work closely with the intervention team to track student progress and ensure targets are met.
* Implement and maintain consistent behaviour management strategies.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students as needed.
