We are actively looking for a Fire Project Surveyor to deliver the fire improvement works for a housing association in the Surrey area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, car allowance, mileage expenses, 34 days annual leave and hybrid working.
In return as the Fire Project Surveyor, you will receive:

As the Fire Project Surveyor, you will be:
* Delivering the fire improvement works programme on the domestic properties across the East London area
* Supporting on delivering the passive and active fire works off the back of the fire risk assessments completed
* Liaise with the external contractors and residents providing further support on contract admin and managing complaints to promote high level of customer service
* Conduct site inspections ensuring all operatives work is meeting KPIs and conducting H&S checks
Experience and qualifications:
* Experience delivering fire improvement works
* Social housing or public sector experience within fire
* Technical qualification in building services or construction
* NEBOSH Desirable
