Main duties of the job
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse activity program that caters to the individual needs and preferences of the residents. This may include organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, outings, and special events. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident is provided with opportunities to engage, socialize, and maintain their physical and cognitive abilities. Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a care setting, is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly and those living with dementia are also required. A relevant qualification in activities coordination, social work, or a related field would be advantageous.
