An exciting opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager has become available for a large manufacturing company based in Barnoldswick. Role Purpose: To manage all aspects of the business on shift ensuring all departments and teams work effectively and efficiently as one group. Identify skills gaps, products meet the correct specification on time at the lowest cost across four shifts and meeting all agreed KPIs.
