They are now seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the team and play a key role in their ongoing success
In this role, you'll be based at the Egham office, working alongside a team of Quantity Surveyors. You'll manage payment applications, cost variations, purchase orders, and assist with cost reporting. This is a fully office-based position with no hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience, preferably within construction sectors such as residential, landscaping, or new-build projects. You will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent Excel skills, and effective communication, and be ready to take the next step in your career while continuing to receive support and training.

The Role:
1. Quantity Surveyor
2. Working on Commercial Landscaping projects for tier one contractors
3. Overseeing commercial aspects of projects like preparing CVRs, Profitability reports, applications for payments etc
4. Office Based near Ashford
The Person:
5. At least 2 years' Quantity Surveying experience
6. Previous experience in the construction industry
7. Strong commercial acumen
8. Motivated individual looking for a progressive position
9. Commutable to Ashford, Surrey
