Business Development Director – Pharma
📍Remote in the UK with ability to travel to Nottingham.
We’re hiring a Business Development Director to drive growth for a fast-scaling behavioural AI start-up in the pharma and healthcare space. This is a high-impact, front-end role focused on winning new business and building strategic relationships across the industry.
Business Development Director role:
* Lead business development across UK pharma and healthcare markets
* Engage and win new business with major organisations (e.g. AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson)
* Represent the company at events, conferences, and through public speaking
* Leverage your network to create and convert new opportunities
Business Development Director Requirements:
* Solid experience in new business within pharma or healthcare
* Strong “hunter” mentality with a drive to win new business
* Comfortable in a client-facing, market-facing role
* Energetic, proactive approach — someone who gets out and makes things happen
