D365 & Power Platform Systems Administrator
Akkodis is currently partnering with a leading service provider to recruit an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Systems Administrator to join their cloud services team.
Note: This is a fully remote role, and you can be based anywhere in the UK.
The Role
As the D365 & Power Platform Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, governance, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of our client's Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. You will ensure systems are maintained to high standards of security, performance, and operational efficiency, aligning platform capabilities with evolving business needs through proper change control processes.
The Responsibilities
1. Administer and manage Dynamics 365 instances and Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
2. Monitor system health and performance; manage capacity and licensing.
3. Ensure platform governance, change processes, security, and compliance meet policies.
4. Perform regular system audits and implement configuration changes and patches.
5. Provide 2nd/3rd line support for end-users and resolve system issues.
The Requirements
Proven experience administering, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) applications, particularly Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Service Hub, and Sales Hub.
Proficiency in Power Platform components and related technologies.
Strong understanding of system security, data governance, and compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
