Evidence of Catholic Church Approval: Applicants must seek Catholic Church approval when submitting their application and provide a copy to the Chair of the Panel prior to the interview. If approval is pending, confirmation from the Church Representative that the application has been submitted will suffice.

Responsibilities
This role is considered a Regulated Role with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020, requiring membership with the PVG scheme. Preferred applicants will need to join the relevant PVG scheme or undergo an update check before a formal offer is made.
The employment is exempt from section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975. Applicants must disclose all convictions, including spent ones, as failure to do so could lead to dismissal or disciplinary action.
