Job Title: Control Tower Supervisor (Nights)
Location: Haddenham
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: 17:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday overtime)
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day-to-day transport operations with a focus on night-time deliveries.
* Leading and supporting the Driving Team to meet planning expectations and uphold high standards.
* Identifying and addressing any performance issues using management tools and clear communication.
* Ensuring compliance with driver hours, vehicle defects, and local regulations.
* Collaborating with the Management Team and other leaders to maintain operational excellence.
* Driving continuous improvement by analysing data trends and implementing process enhancements.
What We Are Looking For / Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills and a knack for organisation.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with drivers.
* A proactive mindset focused on quality and performance improvement.
* The ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the team.
This role is on a temporary basis starting asap, with a view to become permanent.
