In this full-time locum role, you’ll be leading a dynamic team that supports children who are looked after and care leavers, including young people aged 16 to 25 as well as unaccompanied asylum seekers and refugees. What you will do
* Lead and manage the Pathway Team, ensuring that all staff receive proper support and supervision.
* Develop strategies and service plans that meet the needs of children looked after and care leavers, maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including social workers, young people, and external agencies, to provide comprehensive support.
* Analyse and monitor the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
