Customer Service Coordinator We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional aftersales support and manage defect resolution post-handover. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers - logging defects, coordinating maintenance operatives and contractors, scheduling appointments, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You'll manage CRM updates, organise diaries, support DLP inspections, and help secure MGD certificates and retentions.
