What You'll Be Doing:
* Portfolio Leadership: Take ownership of a high-quality, diverse commercial property portfolio.
* Client Relationships: Build trusted, long-term partnerships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
* Financial Oversight: Manage service charges, budgets, and reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency.
* Team Development: Mentor junior surveyors and help shape a high-performing team culture.
* Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the Bristol office.
What We're Looking For:
* MRICS-Qualified Surveyor with solid experience in commercial property management.
* Proven success managing complex portfolios and delivering top-tier client service.
* A natural leader with a track record of mentoring and team development.
* Commercially savvy with the ability to support business growth initiatives.
* Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and professional presence.
What's on Offer:
* Salary of £70,000 - £90,000 + car allowance + performance bonus + benefits
