The Role
We are looking for a strategic and personable Business Development Manager to lead our private care growth. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, developing referral relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions from enquiry to care delivery.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or service growth within health, care, or wellbeing sectors.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong understanding of the private care market and self-funding client journey.
* Ability to balance commercial objectives with compassionate client engagement.
* Confident presenting and networking with professional and public audiences.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
