Job Introduction
We are looking for experienced Scheduler / Admin personnel to join our security Team based at our head office in Billericay.
Reporting directly into our Operations Manager, you will be required to assist them with all administration duties such as arranging visits, work schedules (rotas), vetting and onboarding, issuing risk and method statements along with assignment instructions and inspection reports.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Role Responsibility
Assisting with rosters, ensuring last minute gaps and absences, as well as planned absences such as annual leave are covered by the deployment of appropriately trained personnel in an effective and timely manner
Completing risk and Method statements
Issuing assignment instructions
Arranging visits and liaising with onsite teams to schedule accordingly
Liaising with employees to confirm availability to schedule
Answering the telephone in a professional manner
Arranging social media post
Ensuring compliance is completed for all sites and employees
Checking inspection reports and all documentation is correct and in place
Ensuring all compliance and documentation is provided and up to date
Diary management
The Ideal Candidate
Have experience in a similar schedule or admin role within security
Will be able to communicate effectively and have a calm and confident telephone manner.
Have attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
You will be comfortable working on your own initiative as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Be IT literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Systems such as Excel, Word etc
Willingness to participate in all required vetting for the role including 5 year work history
Demonstrate a high level of resilience, energy, enthusiasm and drive in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,420.00-£28,725.54 per year
