* Handle internal and external enquiries, calls, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
* Support HR processes including recruitment coordination, new starter paperwork, and maintaining personnel files.
* Assist with payroll admin, data entry, and compliance checks.
* Maintain accurate databases, documents, and audit trails in line with company policy.
* Manage diaries, meetings, and reports to keep daily operations on track.
* Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
* Play a vital role in embedding the company’s values as the healthcare facility begins its new chapter.
What We’re Searching For:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in an administrative, or HR.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach.
* Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Educated to GCSE level (Grades A–C) or equivalent.
Benefits:
* Contributory pension scheme
* Flexible benefits including reduced rates and access to new schemes including gym membership, IT technology (laptops / tablets / smartphones) and Healthcare Cash Plan (Simply Health Scheme)
* Sponsorship of professional qualifications through our Individual Professional Development (IPD) panel
* Leadership & management development
* Long service award
* Refer a friend bonus
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of adults and children and expect all staff to share this commitment. All colleagues receive appropriate safeguarding training relevant to their role.
