As the Dental Workshop Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality practical teaching, demonstrations, and assessments in a safe, well-equipped environment. You’ll manage workshop resources, maintain equipment, and lead on health and safety. Working closely with the Study Programme Manager, you’ll track student progress, support individual needs, and ensure programmes meet awarding body standards. You’ll also support marketing and events, keep records on point, and bring great organisation and a genuine passion for student success, playing a key role in shaping the future of tomorrow’s dental professionals.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience working as a dental technologist with knowledge the latest technologies in dentistry
2. General Dental Council Registration
3. An assessors or teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards.
4. An interest in supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
5. The ability to work successfully within a team.
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

7. Actual Salary: £21,781 [FTE £26,864]
8. Part-time position, 30 hours per week, all year round.
