Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate CNC machinery to produce precision wooden staircase components
* Use saws to cut materials accurately to size
* Glue and laminate boards
* Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements
Requirements
* Proven experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking environment
* Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Health and safety awareness in a workshop setting
* Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)
