Job Summary:
* We are seeking a Telecom OSS Product Manager with deep expertise in Network Management Systems (NMS) for Nokia and Ericsson networks, alongside strong knowledge of fixed network products and Provide processes, to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next generation network operations and service fulfillment capabilities.
* This role focuses on enhancing end to end monitoring, configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management across RAN, Transport, and Fixed Access domains while ensuring seamless integration with OSS, inventory, assurance, and orchestration platforms.
* The ideal candidate understands multi vendor NMS workflows, fixed network provisioning, network element configuration, and operational readiness, and can translate operational and engineering needs into scalable, intuitive product features that improve service delivery, minimize manual effort, and strengthen network reliability.
Strong skills in stakeholder alignment, requirement definition, prioritization, and cross functional execution are essential.
