Alarm Call Handler (Nights)

Salary: Starting £24,500 increasing to £26,500 with role progression plus £6,400 night shift allowance. Up to £1,200 performance & attendance bonus.
Working Hours:Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern:Set shifts of 8:15pm - 7am and 9pm - 7am between Monday to Sunday
Holidays:23.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays) based on a 4 day working week, increasing to 25.5 days' after 1 years' service
Verisure Services are a leading security company with new career opportunities. We are hiring within our specialised team of Alarm Receiving Centre Ambassadors, particularly for our night shift hours.
When a customers alarm triggers, our specially trained call handlers quickly take charge of the incident, identify triggers and take immediate corresponding action. This is the crucial monitoring part of the Verisure system and operates 24/7/365 from our Newcastle Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities include:
1. Reacting to incidents in a timely manner
2. Processing Alarms signals received from customers premises, reviewing of images, liaising withguard/police/ambulance/firebrigade as part of Monitoring duties
