Job Description
Assist the Restaurant Manager with:
1. Checking floor setup before service
2. Ensuring smooth service across all restaurant areas
3. Managing staff rotas in line with wage budgets
4. Maintaining uniform standards
5. Conducting relevant F&B training (allergens, food bible, etc.)
6. Communicating and storing training materials
7. Facilitating communication between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams
8. Creating a safe environment for staff
9. Inducting new team members
10. Managing POS systems and Res Diary
11. Conducting duty manager shifts
12. Participating in weekly F&B management meetings
