Look no further!!! My client, a leading law firm with offices around the country is expanding and seeking a skilled conveyancer to join their team based in their Huddersfield office to take on their new Conveyancing department.

Role and Responsibilities:
This will be a unique role where you will be able to put your stamp on the working day alongside looking to grow the team as the business continues to develop.
Typical responsibilities will be:
Handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. You will not be inheriting an existing caseload with loads of problems!!!
Provide expert advice on property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Keep up-to-date with legal developments and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ qualified experience in Conveyancing.
Proficient in handling all aspects of residential property transactions.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a desire to develop the people within your team as it grows.
