Fit out of Grade 2 listed building back of house, café / bar, kitchen & WC. Project Value: £11m.

MEP Management responsibilities:
You would be responsible for the day to day operations and driving the MEP programme. Managing mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors, with 20-25 trades on site.
1. Weekly subcontractors progress meeting to discuss project progress and milestones, current and potential delays. Creating an action plan along to address delays
2. Delivering monthly and 2-week look ahead programme to subcontractors, regularly reviewing their progress against the programme.
3. Liaising with the design team to resolve design issues and clashes, ensuring that revised or as built drawing are released based on new information and issued to respective subcontractors.
4. Regular snagging and QA of subcontractors works ensuring that are built as specified in the drawings and workmanship conform to building regulations and standards.
