We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented Segment Strategy & Go-To-Market Director to take a lead on growth initiatives for the smartphone segment globally. A key part of this role will be crafting and implementing our OEM partnership strategy in China, but your primary focus will be broader—owning segment strategy across key markets, identifying growth levers, and building scalable go-to-market frameworks.
Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable business plans.
Foster the smartphone segment internally, driving alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Exec teams.
Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to build high-impact GTM motions.
Work closely with regional and local teams to grow strategic relationships and co-develop segment-specific initiatives.
Stay ahead of market shifts, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics in China.
Experience in segment strategy, product marketing, business development, or GTM roles—preferably in smartphones, consumer electronics, or mobile technology.
Deep understanding of the global smartphone market, including key players, trends, and growth opportunities.
Mandarin language skills are a strong plus.
MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred.
Collaborate with credible teams across product, sales, and marketing.
Help craft our global positioning and deepen our footprint with key partners.
