Job Description:
Act as liaison between the client and the consultancy operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure the infrastructure is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.
Job Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of customer issues
* Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
* Escalate unresolved issues to product vendor
* Lead the team for CP4I platform transition and knowledge Acquisition
* Document knowledge
IBM STACK IS A MUST!
Requirements:
* 10-12 years in IBM Stack consisting of IBM Data Power, IIB, IBM API Connect
* 1-2 years in CP4I
* IBM Certied Professional
* Experience in leading support team in onsite-offshore model
* Proficient in solving L3,L4 Issues
* Excellent communication and customer facing skills
