We are looking for an all round Multi Trader to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M&E), services to our clients at a high quality standard.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

£33000 - £35000 P/A
Annual Bonus performance related up to £3600 P/A
