About The Opportunity
This is a licensed opportunity, giving you the freedom of business ownership with the structure and backing of a respected international brand. You will support SME owners to strengthen their strategy, profitability and growth potential, creating measurable value for their businesses and for yours.
Who You Are
* 12+ years in senior management or business ownership
* Expertise in at least two of: strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operations or consulting
* A genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs and SMEs grow
* Strong interpersonal and commercial judgement
* Entrepreneurial – you think like an owner, act on opportunity and deliver results
* Resilient – you stay composed under pressure and thrive on challenge
* Curious & empathic – you enjoy understanding people and unlocking their potential
* Collaborative – you value shared knowledge and a professional community
