As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious Client Acquisition Manager to drive new business and help expand our client portfolio.The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Client Acquisition Manager to identify, engage, and secure new clients for Totec Recruitment.

This is a sales-focused role where success will be measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities, win recruitment contracts, and build long-term client relationships.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiating terms and securing signed agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target new business opportunitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and business development activities.Arrange and conduct client meetings, both virtually and in person.Present and promote Totec Recruitment's services to prospective clients.Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements.Secure new client partnerships and recruitment contracts.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.Maintain accurate records of business development activity within the CRM system.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.RequirementsProven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.Strong track record of winning new business and closing deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently.Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.DesirablePrevious experience within the recruitment industry.Existing network of business contacts.Experience selling recruitment, staffing, or professional services solutions.Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.What We OfferUncapped commission structure.Clear career progression opportunities.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunity to play a key role in the growth of Totec Recruitment.How to ApplyIf you are an ambitious sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
