The restaurant serves dishes that are prepared on site using predominately fresh seasonal ingredients and as Head Chef you will have autonomy on all menus. The hotel also has 2 dedicated function suites that can cater for 120 covers for events, conferences and weddings. This is a popular venue with both locals and guests staying at this destination hotel and is particularly busy during the summer season. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the kitchen and will work closely with the group executive chef.
Requirements:
An experienced head or senior sous chef with a proven track record working in high quality fresh food establishments.
