Summary/objective
Due to the continued growth and success of our business, we are looking to recruit an support coordinator to help support the UK office. In this role, you will be responsible for working various office duties and liaising closely with the operations manager. There will be an opportunity to grow within the aspects of your role.
Essential functions

Answering support calls, helping with customer enquirers and taking messages
Coordinating callbacks to customers
Basic data entry in company applications / software
Coordinate IMI activities, book tests / exams
o Perform Invigilator position
Dealing with DOD data capture forms
Deal with Enterprise data forms, oversee shop additions and removals.
Updating of office systems and excel spreadsheets
Help with shipping via DHL to customers (when required).
Supporting travel bookings as well as helping to coordinate activities for Trade Shows
Coordinate office hospitality
Preferred Qualifications /Skills
Level 2 Qualification as a minimum with English and Maths at GCSE grade C or above
Has some knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 / 11)
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PP)
Personable and able to work as part of a team.
Able to work well on your own initiative.
Good team player
Good attention to detail

Work environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers.
Physical demands
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 25 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
Job Type / Remuneration
Full-time Salary: £30,000.00 per year
Schedule: 09:00-17:30 (37.5 per week) but some flexibility
30 days holiday, including public holidays
Enrolment in the company pension scheme
Ability to commute/relocate
Peterlee, SR8 2RU reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
